Anyone who follows me or is friends with me knows I’m not happy. 4 days later and I’m still unsettled. It’s getting more and more frustrating to collect this line and it shouldn’t be hard for me or anyone else to give Hasbro our hard earned money. Believe me, Johnny Pallets wants to give Hasbro his money and more so than he already does. So why are they making it difficult? Why are they not being transparent? So buckle up and prepare for complaining. Sorry Not Sorry (upfront).
We all have busy lives and sometimes that means we can’t always order right when pre-orders go live. Don’t get me wrong, 4 out of 5 times I’m right there hitting F5 pouncing on preorders in hopes to get first dibs once distributors receive their allotment. This time around I had sporting activities for one of my kids and tried my hardest to not be glued to my phone (which I am too often these days). I planned during a small break between tourney games to login and purchase items during the Pulse Premium Member only window. 40 minutes into this window I pulled up my phone to see a message from my friend Chris from www.banthskull.com asking me if I locked in my preorders. Queue C-3PO “Oh Dear!”… I went to Pulse and tried to order the imperial 3 pack which appeared in stock. Nope. Got the old “one of the items in your cart is out of stock” message while trying to checkout. DANK FERRIK! / WHAT THE FONDOR IS GOING ON HERE?
I learned later that day that the 2 Pulse Exclusives were very low stock to begin with, the Imperial Troopers of the Empire 3-Pack had 2300 units and the Cantina Adventure 4-Pack had 3500. I also learned the preorder limits were not their usual 2 or 3 per order. Why such a low number of units? They are usually 2 to 3 times their amounts. What is happening? I’m not the collector i should be…
Does this have anything to do with this message that YakFace noticed on Hasbro Pulse the day of preorders? Will the rest of the allotment for Pulse be made available on May 9th or later at a higher price point?

All allotted units should be made available at the start of Preorders. There should be limits set so everyone can lock in their preorder. Pulse Premium members should in no way be shut out of Pulse Exclusive preorders during their window. What’s the point of paying for the membership if you can’t do the very thing it’s intended to do. Non-Premium Members should be able to get a crack at pre-orders as well. They are pre-orders after all.
Is this the straw that breaks the many collectors’ backs? I’ve read many comments online that point this way. SMH Hallelujah, Holy Sh*t Where’s the Tylenol?
