I’ll be honest, I have a love/hate relationship with this. I also have a love/hate with picking a top 10 for Last Figure Standing. 25 just means more and more revisions and I hate to think about how much time I put into this, especially when I should be finishing my year in review. But, this also shows how much I care about this line and what matters the most to me, well, on this day and this very hour and that’s what I mean by WELL SORT OF.
17 Character debuts in super articulated form 5 poa does not count and I included Greef Karga since this is an outfit never done. I would have loved all character debuts but there are definitive versions of many heroes and army builders we need to round out our collections.
Please keep in mind these are my wants and my wants alone. There are MANY MANY MANY other figures I want and I would fully support. I went through many revisions. I even added Cal Kestis and 2nd Sister at one point from Jedi Fallen Order. I removed Baze Malbus, Bodhi Rook, and Luthen Rael because I felt the message has been sent via all these polls for years and hopefully heard by Hasbro. But then I added Baze, Bodhi, and Luthen back because, well, they’ve just never been made (in premium for Bodhi & Baze). This may be the last year I ask for them and will just move on. It’s getting tiring and maybe these are the types of characters to make to keep people engaged and bring in new collectors to the line (queue The Bad Batch). I had Jedi Arrest Palpatine but believe they are coming since we got Episode III Anakin last year and Obi-Wan is coming this year. I had the AT-AT Driver too but I believe the message has been received by Hasbro as noted by Steve during the RedFive Event as noted in my stream during the event so maybe an updated version is coming soon.
I hade Episode I figures like Anakin Skywalker (Tatooine), Padme Amidala (Theed), Sebulba, and Watto because they are not represented in TVC and should absolutely receive premium treatment and be on awesome vintage style card backs. How is there Ben Quadinaros but not Sebulba??? That TBS Watto is a work of art and now I badly want that flying little troll. I also had figures like the Galactic Marine and Commander Bacara but then felt like those were no brainers. Lastly, I’d love to start fleshing out Andor figures beyond the few we have and more than just the one I noted (Luthen). I love the show and think it would sell well in TVC. The ISB Tactical Troopers are pretty badass, I want the final Andor look, including many other rebels, extreme rebels, spies, and imperials. It hurts not to include a few more.
My jam is the first 35 minutes of Return of the Jedi when Luke goes to rescue his friends and they defeat Jabba and his denizens. It has this whole western meets swash buckling pirates meets mobster vibe to it and I, like many collectors, have spent a lot of money on dioramas and vehicles (Jabba’s Sail Barge/Khetanna, Skiffs, etc) to warrant more supporting characters for it. I know Return of the Jedi has probably the largest amount of figures in the line but that’s also because it’s one of the most toyetic medias and has 3 epic battles in it. My top 3 will remain until they are made. Last year was Shasa as #1 but this year it’s Yotts Orren, we need to start fleshing out that 2nd Skiff. Yotts, Sion, and an updated Barada are in my 25 most wanted to get that going. Again, I have a $500 Cantina and Hasbro should support it with a lot more character debuts.

- Yotts Orren
- I believe this is the last Nikto we need and he’s the 3rd goon to die by Luke’s saber when he attacks the second skiff.
- Shasa Tiel
- Seen through out the palace as Luke confronts Jabba, cheering when Luke battles for his life with the Rancor, and seen within the barge cheering on for Luke, Han, and Chewie to die.
- Fozec
- Probably the most prominent goon seen in the palace. He escorts the prisoners to and fro and is also seen in the barge when 3PO and R2 get in a little kerfuffle.
- Weequay Guard (Blue Skirt Weequay/Khetanna Weequay/Window Weequay!)
- Luke battles two of these Weequays. One when he jumps onto the barge and pulls him out the window and the other on top of the barge.
- Sion (Mercenary Pilot/Force Kick to the face guy)
- 2nd goon to die by Luke’s saber when he attacks the second skiff.
- Brethupp (debut murder bear please)
- Greef Karga
- Lacking season 1 Greef Karga is a huge hole in my Mandalorian figures and having season 2 makes it all the more painful.
- Barada
- Original 96 mix up with Kithaba and last version was a POFT2 figure which should no longer be considered modern.
- Pre Pro II Boba Fett
- I love Boba Fett and all of his looks but the Pre Pro II could be my favorite. Tuna and I have Banthaskull have a shared desire for this figure and it’s the costume that Kenner referenced to make the Kenner version. We need him on his 21 back that the mail away TVC Boba Fett came on.
- Cantina Space Dude
- Yellow Cantina Spacer provides the tooling for a definitive Bossk.
- Tzizvvt
- It screams weird and I’d love to see how they deco those eyes. Has done very well in Last Figure Standing as well.
- Endor Rebel Commando
- I’ll take either at this point either the jumpsuit and non.
- Moroff
- Yeah, he’d be deluxe but it would be great to get a dream pack and have this guy included.
- Benthic Two Tubes
- Shocked we don’t have him and Saw already.
- Pao
- We need this alien debut which has been seen in both Rogue One and Andor.
- Sergeant Ruescott Melshi
- I love the rebel trooper outfits and love Melshi. He deserves to be in the line and his tooling can be leveraged for other troopers. Maybe some of Cobb Vanth can be used or Andor?
- Ki-Adi Mundi (Episode III)
- Sorely outdated figure and with Battle on Geonosis happening it would be great to get him, Agen, and Saesee in the line eventually. I did not have Agen or Saesee on my list since I believe they will eventually happen since they’ve been digitially sculted and prototyped.
- Saw Gerrera (Rogue One)
- Long overdue. Love the details of his costume and they can partial tool a few different versions of him as he gets older and more machine than man.
- Bodhi Rook
- Complete the crew. Hasbro has to understand this by now.
- Baze Malbus
- Complete the crew. Hasbro has to understand this by now.
- Princess Leia (Ewok Ceremony Dress)
- Long overdue. We need her to go next to all our lovely murder bears.
- Mon Mothma (Rebel Leader Outfit w/ Luke’s haircut)
- How is the leader of the rebellion not in TVC. I would prefer her on an ROTJ card.
- Luke Skywalker (Death Star II)
- Luke is everything to me. We got a new Darth Vader (Death Star II) recently and we need a definitive ROTJ Luke. It can most likely leverage some tooling from Imperial Light Cruiser or Jedi Academy Training Luke Skywalker.
- Han Solo (Hoth Outfit)
- With the Veers and Snowtroopers happening we need definitive updates of our heroes on hoth. The current Han figure is very undersized and can not sit well on a Tauntaun.
- Luthen Rael
- We need this figure and we should have gotten him over Vel Sartha. We can get him with his speeder. That would be amazing.
